AGENT AGREEMENT

Agents are independent agents of TSN DIGITAL MARKETING not employees.

Taxes are the sole responsibility of the independent agents, each agent will receive a 1099 for tax reporting for each year they had activity.

Use of the corporate name TSN DIGITAL MARKETING for any personal accounts or contractual obligations is strictly prohibited.

Programming for Satellite Systems provided by THE DISH NETWORK and Starband Satellite Internet. Selling of certificates is strictly prohibited and cause for termination.

Independent Agents are entitled to $50.00 for every Satellite TV System activated with THE DISH NETWORK under their certificate numbers ($60.00 per unit if MSP Members).

Independent Agents agree not to engage in any illegal form of marketing or misrepresentations of offer.

Any and all expenses incurred by agents are the sole responsibility of the independent agent and shall hold TSN DIGITAL MARKETING harmless for any expenses incurred.

Marketing results and individual success vary. Independent agents are solely responsible for their own results and will hold TSN DIGITAL MARKETING harmless for individual results.

MSP (Marketing Success Plan) is a voluntary program that is not required to be an independent agent.
